1. Returns, Refunds & Final Sale Items
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in original condition, and includes all original packaging. Please kindly note that all returns are subject to inspection. Once the piece has been received back at our atelier, our team will carefully review it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Confirmation of acceptance will be provided thereafter. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that this policy does not apply to the following, which are considered final sale:

Custom-made or bespoke orders

Orders with engravings or personalised details

Orders placed using discount codes
Due to the bespoke nature of our work and the exclusivity of our materials, the above items are either handcrafted to order or produced in very limited quantities and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy (When Available)
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit exactly as expected. If you need to request a size exchange, we’re happy to assist whenever possible, provided the following conditions are met:
